There is nothing we love more than a happy customer. If you are unhappy with your Yū|Mono purchase for any reason, please reach out to us so we can make things right.


Returns and exchanges

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return; please do not send returns without prior approval
  • Please include receipt and order number with return
  • Returns must be in new and unworn condition
  • If you feel we have sent the wrong piece, please contact us
  • Once a return is approved, refund will be issued less return shipping. Please allow up to 10 days for return processing.
  • We do note offer price adjustments on previous purchases
  • Custom orders, international orders, and sale items are final sale

    Domestic Shipping

    • We currently offer domestic shipping via USPS
      • Standard Shipping via USPS First Class Mail
      • Priority Shipping via USPS Priority Mail
    • Please note, Standard shipping does not include insurance. To insure your order, please select Priority or enable Route Shipping Insurance at checkout (recommended for larger orders)

    International Shipping

    • We currently offer international shipping via UPS
      • International customers are responsible for all customs fees. If you are concerned about the fee, please check what your country charges before ordering. International orders are finals sale.
      • We strongly recommend enabling Route Shipping Insurance at checkout for all international orders
    Though we will continue to assist you in any way possible, we are not responsible for packages once they are in transit. Please ensure address is correct and destination is secure and able to receive packages. For lost, delayed, or missing packages, please direct inquiries to Route (if applicable) or shipping service.

    Production time

    • In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days, but due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, certain items may require a longer lead time. Pieces requiring longer production times will be noted in product details
    • Need something by a certain date? Please do not hesitate to contact us so we can do our best to accommodate rush orders. Life happens--let us help you make sure you have your special piece when you need it.

    Warranty

    We offer a one year limited warranty on all pieces purchased through the Yū|Mono website. Reasonable repair or replacement requests will be covered by Yū|Mono during this period, beginning at purchase date.
