14k Gold
Don't Forget to Clean Me
Though gold may be one of the least reactive metals, it is important to remove gold jewelry before showering, swimming, and sweating, as the exposure to moisture, body oils, and chemicals can dull its shine and in rare cases, cause the gold to oxidize. This typically occurs in places where gold is in constant contact with skin (such as earring posts, inside rings, etc.) but can be easily remedied with proper cleaning and polishing.
Show your gold jewelry some love by regularly cleaning with warm water, mild detergent, and a soft toothbrush, or polishing gently with a soft cloth. A jewelry polishing cloth may be used for a little extra shine or to remove tarnish.
