Returns and exchanges
- Contact us within 7 days to set up a return; please do not send returns without confirming return with shop
- Please include receipt and order number with return
- Returns must be in new and unworn condition
- If you feel we have sent the wrong piece/size, please contact us
- Once a return is approved, refund will be issued less return shipping
- Custom orders, international orders, and sale items are final sale

- Standard Shipping via USPS First Class Mail
- Priority Shipping via USPS Priority Mail
- Please note, Standard shipping does not include insurance. To insure your order, please select Priority or enable Route Shipping Insurance at checkout (recommended for larger orders)
- We currently offer international shipping via USPS and UPS
- International customers are responsible for all customs fees. If you are concerned about the fee please check what your country charges before ordering. International orders are finals sale.
- Please note, USPS First Class does not include insurance. To insure your order, please select USPS Priority, UPS, or enable Route Shipping Insurance at checkout (recommended for larger orders).
- Given the handmade nature of each piece, production time may be a bit slower than traditional retailers. Please allow up to 2 weeks for most pieces. Pieces requiring longer production times will be noted in product details
